TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission through my Ko-fi page, you agree to the following Terms of Service.## 1. Payment• All commissions must be paid in full upfront through Ko-fi before work begins.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, and additional details.
• Your commission slot is only confirmed after payment has been received.## 2. Workflow• Commissions are completed in the order they are received, unless stated otherwise.
• A sketch preview may be sent to the client for approval before final rendering.
• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.## 3. Revisions• Small corrections (pose adjustments, minor details, expressions, etc.) are free during the sketch phase.
• Major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
• Changes requested after the artwork is finished may be refused or charged extra.## 4. Turnaround Time• Estimated delivery time is 2 or 3 days / 1 week, depending on queue and complexity.
• Delays may occur due to workload, health, or personal circumstances.## 5. Refunds & Cancellation• Clients may request a full refund only if work has not started yet.
• If the commission is already in progress, only a partial refund may be issued, depending on how much work has been completed.
• Once the artwork is completed and delivered, refunds are no longer available.## 6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes• By purchasing a commission, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after work has started.
• If a chargeback is opened after the artwork has been started or completed, it will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.
• In such cases, the client may lose the right to receive the artwork and may be blacklisted from future commissions.## 7. Usage Rights• The client receives the artwork for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased separately.
• The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, minted as NFTs, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation.## 8. Artist Rights• The artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork.
• The artist may display the artwork in portfolios, galleries, or social media unless the client specifically requests privacy beforehand.## 9. NSFW Policy• The client must be 18 years or older to request NSFW artwork.
• All characters depicted in NSFW artwork must also be 18+.
• The following content will not be accepted:* Underage characters
* Non-consensual acts
* Extreme violence or illegal content## 10. Refusal of Service• The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
